Bricolage, a modern Vietnamese Gastropub located in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY, was started by Edward and Lien Lin, an alum of San Francisco’s famed Slanted Door. Bricolage serves up a mix of Vietnamese flavors with a touch of Chinese influence and local ingredients.
Dedica worked with its owners to develop a brand identity that reflected the restaurant's name, which means “construction (of a sculpture or a structure of ideas) achieved by using whatever comes to hand,” and its interior decor that was pieced together from reclaimed wood, objects and brick-brak found at local yards and seconds stores.
The restaurant's brand identity was executed across a wide range of elements, including menus, business cards, postcards, check presenters, flyers and serving aprons.
