Dedica was retained by Healthfirst, a regional health insurance provider to help with their re-brand and re-launch. This involved a complete review and redesign of all collateral and communication pieces including a complete overhaul and rebuild of their web presence.

A comprehensive review of Healthfirst customers was taken, results were studied and a master personas document was produced. These personas were then used as a pulse check and guide for all brand strategy and creative development decisions moving forward.
